Healthy People Worldwide

Mowana Care doing business as Healthy People Worldwide was awarded a grant to create a “Bonding Through Brushstrokes” initiative to address the pressing issues of social isolation and limited access to mental health support among older adults and young mothers in Union County, New Jersey. The program aimed to bring together seniors living alone or in long-term-care settings with young mothers at risk of postpartum depression through therapeutic painting workshops and group art therapy sessions intended to provide emotionalsupport and meaningful social interactions.
